I am about #21 to #23 depending on the season and I have dry skin.
This is one of the best primers that I have tried! It stays true to the claims that it "hides" pores, "blurs" blemishes, gives appearance of a "smooth" skin, and "tones up" the skin. Even when used alone, it gives the skin a youthful, healthy, and pretty/natural appearance. It has no coverage and is not a foundation but enhances the overall look of the skin.
It claims to have SPF 33 PA++ so an extra layer of SPF is always great. It also claims to have
