I had high hopes for this but i'm sad to say that i was a little disappointed. The product is very hard to get out properly. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the product first comes out transparent. I tried to shake it, hit it on the palm of my hand like a ketchup bottle, even tried squeezing the tube in different ways in an effort to try and shake up the product inside. The result after 10 minutes of this is seen on the picture below. After a while (and a little patience), the product started to come out as black, but now the problem was the opposite: it seemed that the charcoal was not sticking to the formula that well because it was VERY hard to squeeze out the black mass inside. Once i managed to get enough out, i have nothing bad to say about the actual application, it does work and my pores are clean. Does not irritate my sensitive skin and leaves it feeling soft. :)
