As this is the eye base and not the cooling stick I won't confuse the two. I own both--I'd repeat buy the cooling stick as I use that way more often and liberally than I use the eye base. The eye base has so much in it and a little absolutely goes a long way. The eye base is a soft white stick. It has a creamy texture and I use it to literally "whiten" my upper eye lids to make my makeup "pop". It's like a white cream eyeshadow but it also seems to moisturize my eyelids. If I don't use a primer and put this as a base first all of my eyeshadow creases. I still have basically the whole stick left but I wouldn't repurchase this item because it makes my shadow crease.
