In theory, the ingredients in this are minimally irritating, however this burns my under-eyes within a few minutes of putting this on and does not go away even after washing with water. Satsuma Orange extract is quite high up on the list of ingredients in this, so that's what may cause it although its not meant to be irritating on the skin. When I applied the spot patches elsewhere on my skin, they did not burn like the under eye area. I doubt that there was anything wrong with the packaging and the product is not expired, so that can't be the issue.
