It's a nice, classical pen eyeliner. Makes application very easy (I say it as a former liquid eyeliner user), so it's perfect for beginners. Also color is opaque. I don't have oily lids or anything but sometimes I apply it before my eye cream fully sinks in, yet I had no problem with smudging. The only (but kind of important) issue is with fading throughout the day. But that's a usual eyeliner problem. Also it stays pretty well throughout the crying. Contrary, there's no problem taking it off with micellar water. For the price it's great, I'd repurchase.
