I am a huge fan of Etude house, but I have only bought their cosmetics and not their foundation before. The reason I purchased this was because I heard great reviews for this foundation for my skin type. I also liked that they had ''huge'' selection of color tones, considering Korean brands usually offer only 2-3 shades. I chose the darkest shade #Amber because I am olive tan (kinda like Lee Hyori when she's tanned), and the color suits my skin perfectly.
Pro:
- I can't believe it doesn't make me oily at all! No other foundation has ever lasted that long before making me oily (I usually get oily after 2-4 hours, depending on which foundation). This foundation however lasted me a whole day after a fullday shopping outside.
- Good coverage, but I don't have pimples so I don't know how well it covers that. I would believe it's medium-high coverage.
Con:
- It does oxidize a little bit, which is unfortunate but it makes up that it doesn't make me oily
- Not the smoothest foundation to apply, it can be minor streaks so make sure to blend properly
Rating: 4.7/5, definitely repurchase again.
Thank you for your positive review!
