This is very nice stick for your under eye when you are on the go. I would not recommend just swipe it because it can pull the delicate skin, instead I swirl a ring finger on the product and then tap it under the eyes. This way you can use it even over the concealer and it doesn't mess it, in fact it looks even better with it, especially if creasing is your concern. You can also use it as a lip balm
