The toner was packaged in a box of the same mint color, and the instructions for use were written on it.

Smell like a mint toothpaste, I liked it.
The consistency is no different from ordinary water, there is no stickiness after drying, the skin is too dry, this toner does not dry, gently cleanses sebum
I always put it on a cotton pad and just wipe my skin. Consumption is very economical, as with any toner. The volume of 200 ml.
After applying on the face, the skin does not shine, not sticky, pleasant velvety. But! It does not moisturize at all.
Allergic Reactions
So, about reducing the discharge of sebum during the day. I say that toner really helps, but the action is not very long. Yes, without lotion I was already glaring like a pancake at 10 o'clock
 this time is increasing of course, but at lunch the skin is already shiny and fat. Of course there are matting napkins, but I would still like better regulation.
