Returns & Exchanges

Cancelation Policy

 

Exchange/Refund

 

Requests for exchanges and refunds are only accepted if they are made within 50 business days from shipment date of the product via our CS email,

jmyho59@gmail.com. We will be responsible for refunds due to misdelivered and/or defective products and will place highest importance to process these requests as

soon as possible. (Please note that refund can be made partially depending on condition of defective products and this will be decided by BeautynetKorea.)

 

The amount of Refund is returned to the balance of the payment method or to store credit. When exchange requested items are out of stock or discontinued,

It can be handled in refund.

 

  Returns will be processed as soon as the items back to BeautyNetKorea You cannot get refund the product until package arrives at our office again.

 

 

1. Requirements for exchange/refunds

 

Every request for exchange or refund should be contacted to our CS email and request must contain

 

Ⅰ Detail pictures of items

Ⅱ Pictures of all shipment label that are attached on the parcel Ⅲ Exact order number

Ⅲ Exact title of the item that you’re requesting for exchange or refund And your request can be declined when it doesn’t fulfill above condition.

 

2. Please take into consideration that Beautynetkorea accepts

 

Eligible for a Refund in the case that:

 

▶Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment

 

▶If your order remains [Preparing Products] status for 10 days or longer from the date of payment without any prior notification from our customer service, you can cancel

   your order via our CS email, jmyho59@gmail.com.

 

▶Product is misdelivered

 

※Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been use.

 

※You must return the free gift in its original condition along with your returning item in order to receive the refund.

 

※Ineligible for a Refund in the case that:

 

1. Customer requests a refund due to change of mind (size, color, etc.)

 

2. Customer requests to cancel the whole order which contains out of stock products

 

3. Customer requests a refund for damaged or deformed products due to the customer’s responsibility

 

4. Customer requests a refund for products that have no tags or labels

 

 

3. Out of stock

 

Some items may be out of stock or discontinued during the post-order packaging.

 

Products that are sold out or discontinued after completing the order: We will contact you through email or call and inform you the names of the products that are not available, and we will discuss solutions with you.
 
*We can only send you the refund once you get your order and you have to send us the picture of the white label that is attached to the box.
 
The out-of-stock refund notification email will be sent to you via customer registration email and we might call you if we do not get reply from you.
And if you do not reply within 3 days, the order will be sent to your address without the lacking products, in this case, you can only get a refund for the lacking product once you get your package and send us the picture of the white label that is attached to your box.

 

 

4. No Shipping cost Refund for the customs problems

 

If the recipient returns the product in violation of the Import Tax Act, all returns and additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

The first shipping cost paid by the customer is not refundable (return shipping cost is calculated as a table of rates at the time of purchase).

The customer must have an accurate judgment on their country's import tax laws.

BeautyNetKorea can not be able to provide some documents for customs clearance. The recipient must make a clear decision in this part and proceed with the purchase.

We don't take any responsibility about these problems.

 

5. Refund for failed delivery

 

In the case that delivery is failed with reasons beyond BeautynetKorea’s responsibility, Refund for the failed delivery parcel will be made when BeautynetKorea receive

the parcel back.

To deduct return shipping cost, original shipping cost for the order will not be returned to buyer.

This will be adopted in such cases

 

Ⅰ Unknown : Wrong recipient’s information from a buyer

Ⅱ Moved : Wrong address from a buyer or Buyer moved after making an order without updating address when making an order

Ⅲ Absence : Buyer was not able to receive delivery because of absence Ⅳ Refused : Buyer refused to receive the parcel

Ⅴ Unclaimed : Buyer didn’t go through Customs procedure

Keep in mind that BeautyNetKorea is not responsible for customs-related problems.

Customers are fully responsible for customs issues such as tariffs, VAT, customs fees, etc.

The customer must pay all service fees related to the tariff.

обмен / возврат

 

Запрос на обмен/возврат товара принимается по средством подачи заявки на электроную почту СS (jmyho59@gmail.com) в течение 50 рабочих дней с момента отправки товара.

 

В случае если товар будет иметь дефект или неправильно отправлен по нашей вине, то в первую очередь мы расматриваем такие запросы и старемся решать их короткие сроки.(Просим принять во внимание, что за товар с дефектами, на усмотрение Beautynetkorea, производится частичый возврат денедных средст)

В зависимости от формы оплаты, возврат денежных средств будет возвращен на кредитный или балансовый счет.

 

В случае обмена товара, которого нет в наличие или который снят с производства, производится возрат денежных средств.

Как только товар будет получен обратно, сразу начинается его обработка. До того момента, как товар будет обратно получен Beautynetkorea, возврат денежных средств невозможен.

 

 

1. Важные условия к обмену / возврату

 

Все запросы на обмен / возврат должны быть оформлены через электроную почту CS, и щапрос должен включать в себя:

 

I Детальное фото товара

II Изобрадения всех транспортных стикеров на коробке

III Указать точный номер заказа

IV Укажите точное название товара, который вы запрашиваете для обмена / возврата

Если указанные выши условия будут не соблюдены, то запрос на возвоат / обмен может    быть откланен

2. Примите во внимание условия Beautynetkorea

 

Возврат допустим в следующих случаях:

 

▶Запрос на отмену в течение 24 часов после оплаты

 

▶Если в течение 10 дней после оплаты, статус заказа [Preparing Products] не меняется и не поступило уведомление от нашей службы поддержки клиентов, то вы можете сделать отмену заказа непосредственно через электронную почту CS(jmyho59@gmail.com)

▶Если товар отправлен не правильно

 

※Возврат денежных средств по вышеуказанным пунктам возможен только в тех случаях, если все стикеры и бирки не повреждены и товар не использовался.

 

※Бесплатные подарки должны быть также возвращены в их первоначальном состоянии вместе с товарам, для того чтобы получить возврат денежных средств.

 

※Возврат не допустим в следующих случаях:

 

1. Если Кклиент запрашивает возврат денежных средств в связи с изменением собственных желаний(размер, цвет и т.д)

2. Если Клиент делает запрос на возврат денежных средств за товар, который был поврежден по вине Клиента

 

3. Если Клиент делает запрос на возврат денежных средств за товар, на котором оставлены пометки или оторваны стикеры Клиентом

 

 

3. Отсутствие товара

 

Бывают случаи, когда после оплаты, на момент сбора посылки, того или иного товара нет в наличие на складе или товар снят с продаж.

После того как заказ оформлен, товар которого нет в наличие или товар который снят с продаж : на товар, которого нет в наличие или снят с продаж, производится возврат денежных средств, остальной товар после упаковки отправляется на доставку.

Оповещение об отсутсвие товара на складе или его снятии с продаж, отправляется на зарегистрированную электронную почту покупателя.

Возврат денежных средств будет возвоащен на ваш счет-баланс PAYPAL

 

4. В случае проблем на томоженном посту, возврат денежных средств не возможен

 

Если в случае нарушения внутреннего законодательства о налогах на импорт в стране получателя, ответственность за возврат и дополнительные расзоды по доставке несет покупатель. Плата за первоночальную достваку, уплаченную покупателем, не возвращается. (Стоимость обратной доставки для возврата рассчитывается с использованием прейскуранта на момент покупки).

 

Клиент должен быть хорошо осведомлен о законах и налогах на импорт в своей стране.

Beautynetkorea может не предоставить некоторые документы запрашиеваемые таможенным управлением. Получатель должен четко и ясно знать правила в этой области и только после продолжить покупку.

 

5. Возврат денежныз средств в случае срыва доставки

 

В случае, если доставка товара не удалась по причинам, не зависящим от BeautynetKorea, возврат денежных средств будет осуществелен после получения посылки обратно.

Стоимость за обратную доставку и за первоначальную доствку вычетается из общей суммы не возвращается покутеля.

* Плата за обратную доставку рассчитывается с использованием тарифной таблицы на момент покупки.

 

Это будет применено в следующих случаях:

 

i Неизвестно: неверная информация о получателе от покупателя

ii Перемещение: если при оформление заказа, покупатель не обновил информацию о покупателе и адресе покупателя, и поылка отпралена на неправильный адреса.

iii Отсутствие: покупатель не может получить доставку из-за его отсутствия

iv Отказ: покупатель отказывается получать посылку

 

Пример: Покупатель не прошел штрафные процедуры.

Отказ от уплаты налогов (пошлины, НДС, таможенные сборы и др.)

 

Внимание: Просим принять во внимание, что BeautynetKorea не несет ответственности за любые таможенные вопросы.

 

Клиент несет полную ответственность за уплату таможенных пошлин, таких как таможенные пошлины, НДС и таможенные сборы.
