I have sensitive skin so I only do peels every once in a while (like 1-2 weeks). I've bought owned and used 3 of these so far. It is a smooth cream (think of a mi between lotion/emulsion and cream) and you rub it in your skin 30-60 seconds before your dead skin and grits start rolling with your fingers. I need to rinse and then use a cleanser after--I can't just wipe away with a tissue. But for someone with oily skin and large pores and breakouts this product works for me. :) absolutely a repeat buy.
