My skin is nc15 mac and I still feel that the product needs to be heavily built up on the cheeks to get color payoff. I own the colors arabesque rose(bright pinky coral with a matte finish) and lavender(cool pink with lavender undertones with a matte finish). Arabesque coral is more pigmented than the lavender blush, but still needs to be layered with a brush. In terms of texture, I find it a bit powdery, but texture is smooth enough to be workable to blend into skin. I know this product is marked as both eyeshadow/cheek, but it has better color payoff in cheeks than eyes. Those who have pale skin below nc15 will not have trouble with the lack of pigmentation in this product. Those with nc15-nc25 skin tone can make it work by taking time to layer the product.The packaging is adorable and great for blush collectors. The puffs inside are super cute, fluffy, and functional. However, I prefer to use a brush over the puff to get more control for blush application.  Overall, I would rate this product as 3.5/5 stars and would recommend for pale people or blush beginners with skin tone no darker than nc25 who tend to overdo blush.
