other reviews said its hard for them because it feels thick, but with this product it needs to be mixed with a little bit of water. i found that when you do that then it doesn't have a thick feeling and it does melt off your makeup well. it doesn't remove ALL the makeup (e.g. super waterproof eye or lip products) but what i love is that it's SO EASY to wash off.

all in all it's a pretty decent product. not sure if i will repurchase though.
