Easy to use, my super damaged hair (bleached after coloring black for 10 years, split ends, feel like pieces of  thin thread and absolutely unmanageable when wet) look healthy and very strong. Effect somewhat stays even after first wash, I use it once in two weeks :) If you think the only thing to do is to chop off the damaged hair this might be a go to product for you.
