So first about the resistance with water, etc it's true I can say but I can use my make up remover even if it's not specially for waterproof makeup (but i can forgive that because my makeup remover is very very efficient !)
And in second, about the color, the color is maybe a little bit lighter than the photo (but it's really seems the same !) by the way I'm now much more make up with just a line a this eyeliner and some mascara.

I think, I will buy the over color !! :D
