I bought this eyeliner thinking it was a waterproof gel type, like the new Slim Proof Gel Liners that were released not too long ago. Even though this isn't waterproof, I fell in love with it rightaway. It's really dark and soft on the eyes.
I have hooded eyes and the eyelids don't fold the same on both eyes, so doing the tail of my eyeliner always gives me trouble. I can't never get it even nor right with liquid eyeliners. SInce this eyeliner is so thing, it makes that task an easy thing for me because it gives me lots of control. I can go bold and thick or thin and subtle. I definitely recommend it.
